Poivre Noir de la Cote
I love the modest-seeming eatery at this deli cafe! Its menu and setting offer sophistication and quality belie their casual environment…

This is one of the many other reasons to why I love New York… there are literally thousands of places to chill and hang out with friends… from European styled bakery cafes to all sorts of posh restaurants! :)

Knights’ cuisine on a platter! I am not a big meat eater but their sirloin steak was perfectly cooked and tasty!

Posing with Ferlyn and her furry pink hat.

Don’t you just love themed restaurants? From its music to its themed menus and uniforms, I think its a whole lot of fun dining in creativity.
Yet another week in Tokyo
Laura turned 28 this year and we celebrated it at a really chill restaurant Marx and I visited from before - Chambres D’hotes HANA.

Spot the only guy among us chicks.

Trump Room Party with Eugene, Sayaka and Alberto!!!

I’ve always loved the artsy layout and vibe of this place.

The interior of this trendy nightclub is actually a lot larger than its exterior lets on.

Running around Tokyo
I’m ruled over by food. I’ve been eating way too much lately…. My good friend Mari came over from California a few days ago and we went to brunch at Beacons’ again to reminisce the good ol’ times.

Alby also brought Sayaka, Stacy and me to his restaurant at Bice for dinner in the evening.

Dramatically perched on the 47th floor, the panoramic nightview of the endless city was stunning!

Decadence, thy name is Limoncello…

Shopping and stopping for food around Shibuya, Harajuku and Omotesando with Mari and Marxline the following day…

We visited the Forbidden Fruit cafe on the streets of Omotesando for drinks.

Guess what? There’s actually a secret underground shop known as Bedrock from this chic little cafe and we had to go through a hidden stairway to get there. The furnished shop space below was filled with all sorts of Harajuku fashion along with vintage brands such as Givenchy and whatnots. Its too bad photography is not allowed cross the threshold of the cafe because the place was pretty darn cool and definitely worth checking out!

I think my dear friend Mari wants to make a point and prove that her eyes are bigger than mine… well, I guess her point’s made. Anyway, I’ll be back in Singapore in a couple of days or so! And I can’t wait to see my friends there again! :)
