Reservations at Chambres D’hotes where Marxline and I had our delightfully pleasant dinners. No chef pleases every customer with every dish, but your odds here should be very good. The chefs told us they’d cook us anything we wanted. (Something I never hear in Japan because everything is usually set in stone on their menus.)
